Orders to foreign countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the country of destination. Any additional costs incurred for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Event Rebels has no control over the fees and cannot provide any information on this. For further information please contact your local customs authorities.

Express delivery
Only possible in Germany. Payment must be made by direct debit, Paypal or credit card. If the order is received Mon.-Fri. until 14:00, the delivery of available items will be made on the next working day, otherwise on the day after next. In case of public holidays the delivery will be postponed to the next working day. Saturday deliveries are made depending on the local delivery of DHL, otherwise on the next working day. The express surcharge is € 10.00.

Note on possible transport damage
Please refuse to accept damaged or possibly repackaged deliveries/parcels directly from the delivery agent.
