His combination of classical music with pop and rock music has made David Garrett known and famous worldwide. Now, for the very first time, David has notated some of his personal interpretations of well-known world hits. The result is a musically inspiring but also technically challenging volume of sheet music for violin and piano. The 16 transcriptions skillfully combine classical masterpieces by Beethoven and Paganini with pop and rock songs by Justin Timberlake, Metallica or Led Zeppelin. In collaboration with Franck van der Heijden and John Haywood, David has succeeded in creating a piano part that captures the essence of the orchestral arrangements.
